PARIS: Historische Treppe des Eiffelturms soll bei Auktion für Rekordsumme versteigert werden!

Und wer sich schon immer ein Stück des Eiffelturm nach Hause holen wollte, hat jetzt die Möglichkeit dazu. In Paris wird kommende Woche ein Teil einer Wendeltreppe versteigert, die 1889 beim Bau des Eiffelturms eingebaut wurde. Die Treppe führte einst bis zur Turmspitze und wurde erst 1983 bei einer großen Renovierung durch Aufzüge ersetzt. Wer das historische Stück künftig besitzen möchte, muss allerdings tief in die Tasche greifen. Der Wert der Treppe wird auf rund 150.000 Euro geschätzt.
