Zwei Menschen verloren dabei ihr Leben, mehrere weitere wurden schwer verletzt.Im Interview erklärt Ricky Lowag, Polizeibeamter sowie Initiator und 1. Vorsitzender der Rennleitung 110, warum Motorradfahrer im Straßenverkehr häufig übersehen werden und welche Faktoren bei vielen Unfällen eine Rolle spielen.
Die Rennleitung 110 ist ein Präventionsprojekt, das sich mit Aufklärung und gezielten Maßnahmen für mehr Sicherheit von Motorradfahrern im Straßenverkehr einsetzt.
Ein zentrales Thema dabei: die sogenannte „nicht angepasste Geschwindigkeit“ – eine der häufigsten Ursachen bei schweren Motorradunfällen.
