[FULL] DPR Bicara Pertimbangan Pemerintah yang Batal Gelontorkan Diskon Tarif Listrik 50 Persen
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Melalui rapat terbatas di Istana pada Senin (2/6/2025) kemarin, pemerintah memutuskan untuk memberikan 5 paket stimulus ekonomi yang akan berjalan selama bulan Juni hingga Juli.Adapun lima paket stimulus tersebut di antaranya adalah diskon tarif tol, diskon tiket transportasi, bantuan subsidi upah, perpanjangan diskon iuran JKK (Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja), serta subsidi sosial dan pangan.
Namun, diskon tarif listrik sebesar 50 persen yang sebelumnya ramai diperbincangkan tidak termasuk dalam paket stimulus yang diumumkan pemerintah.
Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani menyatakan bahwa paket stimulus ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat dan menjaga pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional.
Ekonom senior INDEF, Ahmad Tauhid, menyayangkan keputusan pemerintah yang membatalkan pemberian diskon tarif listrik. Menurutnya, jumlah penerima manfaat diskon listrik jauh lebih besar dan memiliki dampak langsung terhadap daya beli masyarakat.
Banyak warga yang sebelumnya telah menaruh harapan pada rencana pemberian diskon tarif listrik sebesar 50 persen untuk bulan Juni hingga Juli. Pembatalan tersebut menimbulkan kekecewaan di kalangan masyarakat.
Meskipun begitu, melalui lima paket stimulus yang tersedia, pemerintah tetap berharap dapat menjaga momentum pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Apalagi, total anggaran yang dikucurkan untuk lima paket stimulus ekonomi selama Juni hingga Juli ini mencapai Rp24,44 triliun.
