📢 SSC CGL & Govt Exams: Major Issue Affecting Candidates! 🚨In this video, we discuss a critical flaw in the current SSC recruitment process that is causing inefficiencies, unfilled vacancies, and lost opportunities for deserving candidates. 😞
🔴 What’s the Problem?
Until 2021, SSC conducted Document Verification (DV) before the final result, which helped eliminate unwilling and ineligible candidates. However, in the current system, every candidate who clears the cutoff is considered for selection—even if they no longer wish to join or are ineligible.
⚠️ Why is this a big issue?
✅ Many candidates get selected in multiple exams but cannot voluntarily withdraw their candidature before the final result.
✅ This leads to unfilled vacancies and blocks deserving aspirants from getting selected.
✅ The system becomes inefficient, as seats remain vacant while thousands of candidates struggle to secure jobs.
🔎 What’s the solution?
💡 We request SSC to introduce an option for voluntary withdrawal before the final result, ensuring that only genuinely interested candidates remain in the selection process. This would optimize recruitment and give more aspirants a fair chance!
