Tertipu Iklan Rumah Kontrakan di Media Sosial, 57 Orang Alami Total Kerugian hingga Rp4,8 Miliar!
BEKASI, KOMPAS.TV - Sebanyak 57 orang mengaku tertipu pembelian rumah kontrakan melalui media sosial Facebook. Korban telah melaporkan kasus ini ke Mapolres Metro Bekasi Kota.Rata-rata korban mengalami kerugian mulai dari 30 hingga lebih dari Rp400 juta, dengan total kerugian mencapai Rp4,8 miliar. Selain memanipulasi surat girik untuk meyakinkan pembeli, pelaku juga menggunakan surat ahli waris.
Belakangan, rumah kontrakan justru dirobohkan oleh pemilik aslinya yang tak lain masih keluarga terduga pelaku. Korban yang geram kemudian melaporkan kasusnya ke Mapolres Metro Bekasi Kota.
