Lindsay Clancy exhibited 'controlling' behavior, but psychologist testifies she was a 'good mother'
As proceedings began Tuesday morning, the day began with continued testimony from Dr. Keil Heilbrun, a clinical and forensic psychologist retained by the prosecution to examine Clancy for criminal responsibility.Defense lawyer Kevin Reddington turned to Clancy's conduct as a mother during cross examination.
"Is it your opinion [Clancy] is a controlling individual?" Reddington asked. He mentioned detailed instructions about cutting up food for Callan left by Clancy for the nanny, which the prosecution described as "controlling" behavior earlier in the trial.
Heilbrun said it is an example of "exerting control."
