Hasto mendapatkan amnesti dalam kasus suap eks Komisioner Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU), Wahyu Setiawan, dalam pengurusan Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) anggota DPR RI, Harun Masiku.
Adapun Hasto dinyatakan terbukti bersalah dalam kasus suap terhadap eks Komisioner KPU Wayu Setiawan dalam pengurusan Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) anggota DPR RI Harun Masiku dan divonis 3 tahun dan 6 bulan penjara.
Saat ini KPK masih menunggu surat Keputusan Presiden terkait dengan amnesti untuk Hasto.
KPK akan membebaskan Hasto setelah KPK menerima surat keputusan Amnesti dari Presiden Prabowo Subianto yang disetujui oleh DPR.
Terkait dengan amnesti untuk Hasto kita akan membahasnya dengan Politisi PDIP Masinton Pasaribu.
