Former President Joe Biden delivered remarks Friday in Columbia, South Carolina during a reception commemorating his victory in the state's 2020 Democratic presidential primary. Biden reflected on his four years in office and criticized the policies of his successor, President Donald Trump.The South Carolina Democratic Party announced the event was held to honor Biden's "legacy of public service." Earlier in the day, the 83-year-old was seen flying on a commercial flight from Washington D.C.
