연어초밥, 광어초밥, 새우초밥 이렇게 세 종류이구요
이마트에서 손질된 생선필렛을 팔더라구요
그래서 간단히 썰어서 초밥 위에 올리기만 하면 완성!
저는 횟감을 두툼하고 길게 썰어서 올린걸 좋아하는데요!
그 이유는 한입 꽉 차게 먹을수 있고
탱글쫀득한 식감이 너무 좋기 때문에요!!
연어초밥엔 데리야끼소스를 발라서
기름진 연어맛에 감칠맛이 더 해져서 완전 찰떡궁합!
무엇보다 입안에서 살살 녹는 느낌이 너무 좋은것 같아요!
초생강을 간장에 살짝 담가서 광어초밥위에 올려 먹으면
초밥을 간장에 찍으려다가 간장에 빠지는 참사를 막을수 있고
새콤한 초생강이 은근 광어의 비릿함을 잘 잡아주더라구요!
새우초밥은 탱글탱한 식감 너무 좋고
은은한 달달함이 너무 매력있어요
정말 횟감이 두툼하니까 씹는 맛이 좋고
한입 가득 차서 만족감이 최고였어요!
