BAHAN-BAHAN
Tauhu & bancuhan salutan:
• 4 ketul tauhu keras
• 3 sudu besar tepung gandum (menimbun sedikit)
• 2 sudu besar tepung jagung (menimbun sedikit)
• ½ sudu kecil garam
• 1 sudu kecil serbuk Cukup Rasa (atau kiub pati ayam)
• ½ sudu kecil serbuk lada putih
• 1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
• 1½ cawan air
Sambal kicap hitam pedas:
• 2 tangkai cili hijau besar
• 8–10 biji cili padi
• 3 biji bawang merah
• 2–3 ulas bawang putih
• ¼ cawan minyak masak
• 1 sudu besar gula
• ½ sudu kecil garam
• ½ sudu kecil serbuk perasa
• Kicap manis ABC secukupnya
• Sedikit jus limau kasturi atau limau nipis
Untuk menggoreng:
• Minyak masak yang banyak (175–180°C)

• 4 blocks firm tofu
• 3 tbsp plain flour (slightly heaped)
• 2 tbsp cornflour (slightly heaped)
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp Cukup Rasa seasoning powder (or a chicken stock cube)
• ½ tsp white pepper powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1½ cups water
Spicy black soy sauce dip:
• 2 large green chillies
• 8–10 bird's eye chillies
• 3 shallots
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• ¼ cup cooking oil
• 1 tbsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp seasoning powder
• ABC sweet soy sauce, to taste
• A little calamansi or lime juice
For frying:
