L’Italia è un Paese che potrebbe vivere soltanto di turismo. Questa, perlomeno, è la retorica che ci portiamo avanti da decenni, senza considerare una delle conseguenze più pericolose di questo settore: il sovraturismo, noto come overtourism. Città piene, residenti infastiditi, turisti brevi che causano gentrificazione e crisi abitativa. Come si può evitare che le città collassino di fronte e valanghe di turisti che, pur pagando, intasano strade e servizi? Cerchiamo di scoprirlo visitando due delle città più turistiche d’Italia: Venezia e Firenze.
