Hier zu sehen, ist ein ehemaliger Gerätewagen Fernmeldeausstattung der Hamburger Feuerwehr, welcher vor kurzer Zeit als neuer Gerätewagen Hygiene umgebaut wurde.Bei dem Fahrzeug handelt es sich um den ehemaligen GW FM der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Eimsbüttel, welche als Nachfolger bereits seit längerer Zeit Hamburgs ersten ELW 2 bekommen haben. Die Fernmeldefahrzeuge der Freiwilligen Feuerwehren Altona, Berliner Tor, Wandsbek-Marienthal, Bille und Harburg sind weiterhin im Einsatzdienst.

Ob dieses Fahrzeug den alten GW Hygiene vollständig ablöst, ob das ältere Fahrzeug als Reserve bleibt oder es zwei Standorte geben wird, ist mir nicht bekannt.
Shown here is a former telecommunications equipment vehicle of the Hamburg Fire Department, which was recently converted into a new hygiene equipment vehicle.
The vehicle is the former GW FM of the volunteer fire department Freiwillige Feuerwehr Eimsbüttel, whose replacement has for quite some time now been Hamburg’s first ELW 2 command vehicle. The telecommunications vehicles of the volunteer fire departments in Altona, Berliner Tor, Wandsbek-Marienthal, Bille, and Harburg remain in active service.
