KOMPAS.TV- Hewan kurban yang memberontak ternyata disebabkan oleh stres.Melansir dari kompas.com, 12 Juni 2024 Supratikno Dosen Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan IPB Menjelaskan, "Perilaku sapi atau hewan kurban itu dipengaruhi oleh breed atau bangsa hewan, sistem pemeliharaan, serta interaksi hewan dengan manusia."
Supratikno menambahkan, sapi Bos Taurus atau sapi dari garis keturunan Eropa seperti Simental, Holstein mayoritas lebih kalem.
Di samping itu katanya, sapi Bos Indicus seperti Ongol, peranakan Ongol, Brahman, Bali Madura dan sapi-sapi Asia lainnya seringnya lebih temperamental.
