평소에도 생선구이를 정말 좋아하지만
특히 직화로 구운 생선은 특유의 불향 때문에

구이로 먹어도 정말 매력이 있는 생선이라
오늘은 과감하게 직화구이로 즐겨봤습니다
줄돔을 불 위에 굽기 시작하면
고소한 생선 향이 은은하게 올라오는데
거기에 직화 특유의 불향이 더해지면서
벌써부터 식욕을 자극하더라구요
먹어보면 겉은 살짝 바삭하고 속은 촉촉하고
부드러운 식감이 정말 매력적이에요
특히 직화로 구우니까 생선 살에서
은은한 불향이 올라와서 단순히 구운 생선과는
또 다른 깊은 풍미가 느껴지더라구요
줄돔 자체가 담백하면서도 감칠맛이 강한 생선이라
양념 없이 소금만 살짝 뿌려 구워도 충분히 맛있었어요!
