Respons Ketua KPK soal Desakan Hasto untuk Periksa Keluarga Jokowi seusai Ditahan di Rutan KPK

Pasalnya Hasto meminta KPK untuk memeriksa keluarga Presiden ke7 RI, Joko Widodo, terkait dugaan korupsi.
Setyo menegaskan, siapa pun yang memiliki informasi korupsi dapat melapor ke KPK.
"Laporan harus disertai bukti yang relevan," ujarnya, Jumat (21/2/2025).
Ia menjelaskan, setiap laporan akan diverifikasi dan divalidasi sesuai aturan yang berlaku.
Setyo memastikan KPK memproses laporan secara transparan dan profesional.
Sebelumnya, Sekjen PDIP itu meminta KPK untuk tidak bersikap pilih kasih dalam penegakan hukum.
Permintaan itu muncul seusai Hasto ditangkap terkait dugaan suap dan menghalangi penyidikan Harun Masiku.
Ia ditahan di Cabang Rumah Tahanan Negara Jakarta Timur.
Penahanan ini berlaku selama 20 hari, mulai 20 Februari hingga 11 Maret 2025.
Sekjen PDIP itu sudah beberapa kali diperiksa dan menggugat praperadilan yang ditolak majelis hakim.
Ia berharap KPK memeriksa semua pihak, termasuk keluarga Jokowi.
