Salvini sottolinea il raggiungimento e il superamento degli obiettivi nazionali nel settore delle risorse idriche (48 sistemi complessi completati), il deciso avanzamento dei cantieri dedicati alla rete ferroviaria e al trasporto pubblico, l'investimento di 2,8 miliardi di euro per la rigenerazione urbana e l'edilizia residenziale pubblica tramite il piano PINQUA, unitamente allo stanziamento di 6 miliardi per la modernizzazione del sistema portuale nazionale. Il titolare del MIT ribadisce la linea del governo volta alla trasformazione efficace dei fondi europei in opere strutturali concrete a beneficio dei cittadini.
