BANDUNG, KOMPAS.TV - Hakim tunggal praperadilan Eman Sulaeman memutuskan penetapan tersangka Pegi Setiawan dalam kasus Vina Cirebon tidak sah dan batal demi hukum di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Bandung, Senin (8/7/2024).Menanggapi itu, keluarga Pegi mengaku bersyukur atas putusan hakim dan berterima kasih kepada seluruh rakyat Indonesia yang mendukung Pegi.
"Terima kasih banget pada semua rakyat Indonesia telah mendukung Pegi Setiawan," ujar ayah Pegi, Rudi Irawan.
Sementara itu, ibunda Pegi, Kartini tak kuasa menahan air mata usai hakim putuskan ankanya tak bersalah.
"Hari ini akan menjemput Pegi di bawa pulang, kasihan Pegi sudah banyak menderita," ujar Kartini.
