58 SHGB Kasus Pagar Laut Tangerang Batal Dicabut | Narasi Daily
Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN), Nusron Wahid, memastikan 58 Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan (SHGB) dalam kasus pagar laut Tangerang tak dicabut karena sah secara hukum.“58 sertifikat dipastikan di dalam garis pantai sehingga tidak dibatalkan. Salah satunya, yang punya PT CIS,” ujar Nusron dalam jumpa media di kantornya, Jakarta, Jumat (22/02/2025).
PT CIS yang dimaksud Nusron adalah PT Cahaya Inti Sentosa, entitas usaha yang terafiliasi Sugianto Kusuma atau Aguan. Namun, Nusron menambahkan, ada dua sertifikat milik PT CIS yang dibatalkan karena tidak berada di wilayah daratan.
Nusron menyebut, saat ini tersisa 13 sertifikat di kasus pagar laut Tangerang yang tengah ditelaah karena posisinya dinilai masih abu-abu.
Dari 280 sertifikat di kasus ini, 192 sertifikat telah dibatalkan Kementerian ATR/BPN.
