How LOW Will The S&P 500 Go?

Feb. 13th, Trading Places host Tom Bowley has been watching a set up with a few signals saying that we could be topping. Negative divergences, options expiration and a seasonal pattern, mid-February to early March. This is the period when we do typically see the stock market have a pullback, not only historically, but in particular presidential election years. So, while Tom is still bullish overall, he has to ask, "How Low Can We Go?" before we continue upwards.
