안녕하세요 애정입니다 😊오늘은 조금 특별한 해산물을 준비해봤어요!
바로 사백어인데요🐟
처음 딱 봤을 때는 너무 작고 귀여운 생김새라서
이걸 진짜 먹어도 되나…? 싶은 느낌이 들 정도로 작고 투명해서
솔직히 먹기 전에 살짝 망설여지기도 했어요🥺
그래도 궁금증을 이기지 못하고 한 입 먹어봤는데요!
생으로 먹었을 때는 비린 맛은 거의 없고
특유의 강한 향이나 개성 있는 맛은 없는 편이었어요!
초장을 곁들여 먹으면 확실히 더 맛있어지더라구요 😊
새콤달콤한 초장 덕분에 감칠맛이 살아나면서
훨씬 먹기 편하고 대중적인 맛으로 느껴졌어요
그래서 개인적으로는 생으로 먹는 것보다는
초장에 찍어 먹는 게 훨씬 더 괜찮았어요!
식감은 정말 인상적이었는데요!
작은 크기인데도 씹을 때 톡톡 터지는 느낌이 있어서
입안에서 재미있는 식감이 느껴졌어요
다만 가격은 조금 아쉬웠어요🥲
200g에 49,000원이라 기대를 많이 했지만
맛 자체는 비교적 무난한 편이라
가성비 측면에서는 살짝 아쉽게 느껴졌어요
그래도 한 번쯤 경험해보기에는 정말 좋은 식재료였어요!
