Anggap Kasus Vina Sulit Terbongkar, Hotman Mohon pada Jokowi untuk Bentuk Tim Pencari Fakta

TRIBUN-VIDEO.COM - Keputusan hakim Pengadilan Negeri Bandung yang memenangkan gugatan praperadilan Pegi Setiawan turut ditanggapi oleh pengacara kondang sekaligus tim kuasa hukum Vina Cirebon, Hotman Paris Hutapea.

Melalui unggahan akun Instagramnya, Senin (8/7/2024), Hotman menilai, bebas atau tidaknya Pegi tak akan membuat kasus pembunuhan Vina terungkap.

Menurutnya, proses hukum di Indonesia hanya menjadi tontonan dan bahan tertawaan masyarakat semata.

Lebih lanjut Hotman memohon kepada Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) untuk membentuk tim pencari fakta.

Hal ini yang sudah ia sampaikan sejak awal mengawal kasus pembunuhan Vina yang terjadi pada 2016 silam.

Hotman mengatakan, pembentukan tim pencari fakta menjadi satu-satunya cara untuk mengungkap kasus pembunuhan Vina.

Sementara itu, terkait bebasnya Pegi, keluarga Vina sendiri mengaku lega dan ikut merasa senang.

Kakak Vina, Marliana mengaku iba jika Pegi yang mengalami salah tangkap justru harus menjalani hukuman atas kesalahan orang lain.

Lebih lanjut Marliana mengatakan keluarganya mendukung penuh upaya pencarian pelaku sebenarnya.

Ia menekankan bahwa penangkapan pelaku yang sebenarnya merupakan keadilan bagi keluarganya.

Dikatakan oleh Marliana bahwa keluarganya saat ini belum dapat terima karena pelaku masih bebas berkeliaran.
