Kapolda Jatim Usut Ambruknya Ponpes Al-Khoziny: Setiap Orang Sama Kedudukannya di Hadapan Hukum
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Kapolda Jawa Timur, Irjen Nanang Avianto, angkat bicara terkait pemeriksaan pimpinan Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Al-Khoziny dalam kasus ambruknya bangunan ponpes tersebut.“Setiap orang memiliki hak dan kedudukan yang sama di hadapan hukum. Jadi, apapun yang melekat pada seseorang, kita lepaskan dulu untuk kepentingan pemeriksaan,” ujar Irjen Nanang Avianto pada Rabu (8/10/2025).
“Dengan begitu, kita bisa mengetahui bagaimana progres penyelidikan ini berjalan dan sejauh mana pertanggungjawaban kepada hukum,” lanjutnya.
Kapolda Jatim juga menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya telah memeriksa 17 orang saksi, termasuk santri, hingga pengurus ponpes.
