Die deutsch-chinesischen Beziehungen sind so schlecht wie nie, sagt Journalist und China-Experte Felix Lee anlässlich des Besuchs von Außenminister Wadephul. Dabei braucht die deutsche Industrie Rohstoffe wie Seltene Erden dringend. Deutschland leide unter dem "zweiten China-Schock", der die Kernbereiche der deutschen Industrie treffe: Autohersteller, Maschinenbau und der Chemiesektor. Das sei besorgniserregend. China exportiere immer mehr Produkte nach Europa, nehme im Gegenzug aber immer weniger Güter aus Europa ab.
