Alhasil gugatan yang diajukan oleh Subhan Palal ini pun akan masuk ke tahap persidangan.
Subhan Palal yang ditemui seusai mediasi mengungkapkan, mediasi yang dilakukan pada hari ini belum menemui kesepakatan.
Menurut Subhan, tak ada kesepakatan dalam mediasi lantaran tergugat 1 yakni Gibran dan tergugat 2 yaitu KPU RI tidak bisa memenuhi persyaratan damai yang diajukan.
Sebagaimana diketahui, Subhan telah mengajukan dua syarat dalam proposal damainya.
Pertama meminta para tergugat untuk meminta maaf dan kedua adalah mundur dari jabatannya masing-masing.
Adapun dalam mediasi yang berlangsung, Subhan memastikan tak ada perdebatan yang terjadi.
Pihak tergugat juga tidak mengajukan syarat baru agar bisa tercapai kata damai.
Subhan pun menunggu panggilan resmi dari pengadilan untuk jadwal sidang nanti.
Petitum gugatan pun masih sama yakni meminta ganti rugi immateriil sebesar Rp 125 triliun.
