Komisioner Bidang Pengaduan Komnas HAM, Hari Kurniawan menuatakan rencananya keluarga korban akan mendatangi Komnas HAM besok, Senin (24/6/2024) untuk melayangkan aduan atas peristiwa penyiksaan yang sampai menewaskan AM.
Begitu aduan diterima, Komnas HAM akan terlebih mempelajari aduan peristiwa yang sampai membuat AM meregang nyawa tersebut.
Setelah pendalaman, barulah Komnas HAM akan menindak lanjutinya dengan melakukan pemantauan.
Pemantauan akan dilakukan karena adanya potensi pelanggaran HAM yang dilakukan oleh oknum polisi terhadap AM.
