Spain high-speed train crash kills at least 40 as PM vows ‘transparent’ probe
Spain’s prime minister has declared three days of mourning following a deadly rail crash on Sunday.At least 40 people were killed when a train derailed and collided with another in the south of the country.
Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has cancelled his trip to the World Economic Forum in Davos and has ordered an investigation into the cause of the accident.
