E a resposta é: Sim. Você tem que declarar os seus prejuízos na declaração anual, ok?
Vale lembrar que a Receita já sabe que você está na Bolsa, mas, se você não declara os seus prejuízos, ela só vai ver as suas notas de vendas… E provavelmente concluirá que você está deixando de pagar algo para ela… Por essa razão, é preciso informar ao Leão os seus prejuízos.
Outro motivo importante para você informar os seus prejuízos na declaração anual:
Você não poderá compensar nos lucros futuros.
Ou seja, se você não declarar, vai acabar pagando mais imposto do que deveria.
E vamos combinar, né? Ninguém quer pagar mais impostos do que deveria.
Terceiro ponto: Prejuízo só pode ser compensado no mês em que ele ocorre ou nos meses futuros.
