Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menerbitkan surat edaran tertanggal 19 Mei 2025 yang mengaturskema pembagian risiko (co-payment) untuk produk asuransi kesehatan, yang akan berlaku efektif mulai 1 Januari 2026.
