Se fai investimenti in telemedicina, in case di comunità, in ospedali di comunità, l'ospedale torna a essere il luogo dove si possono curare i malati acuti che una volta curati tornano in casa e sono presi in carico dal sistema sanitario territoriale. E' un modo per far sì che le liste d'attesa vadano più veloci, è un modo per far sì che gli ospedali non siano più congestionati, i pronto soccorso anche non siano più congestionati. Il mio primo provvedimento? Uscirei da questa logica del primo provvedimento, dei primi 100 giorni, perché sembra come se le cose fossero spacchettate, invece oggi è tutto collegato. Dobbiamo far crescere tutta la Campania. Un investimento importante dovrà essere nelle aree interne, nella sanità pubblica e quindi nella medicina territoriale, nel trasporto, nel diritto alla casa.
