ha pasado un buen tiempo desde mi ultimo video largo y de corazón les pido disculpas por ello. he estado descansado todo lo que he podido durante todos estos días,. ya que luego de acabar con mi primer curso de kaigo en diciembre, acabé bastante agotado mentalmente, y sumado a eso, la gran cantidad de horas de sueños que le debía a mi cuerpo me tenia al borde del colapso mental.

a fuerzas, he aprendido lo importante que es dormir bien y mantenerse hidratado mas que nada, así que chicos y chicas, cada vez que puedan, duerman sus horas correctas, aliméntense bien, caminen, beban líquidos saludables y disfruten de su día a día con muchos ánimos.
