대주주 양도세 50억 유지 코스피, 마냥 웃을 수 있을까
진행 : 온인주 앵커코스피가 2015년 이후 세 번째로 10일 연속 상승하며 3,400선을 돌파했습니다. 역사적으로도 드문 기록인데요, 지수는 사상 최고치지만 밸류에이션 측면에서는 여전히 여유가 남아 있다는 분석입니다. 기업 이익이 뒷받침되며 PER과 PBR 기준으로는 3,900선 이상까지도 열려 있다는 계산이 나옵니다.
상승 요인은 세 가지입니다. 정부의 세제 개편 기대와 규제 완화, 그리고 반도체 랠리입니다. 특히 AI 수요가 레거시 반도체까지 확대되면서 관련 업종 전반으로 시세가 확산되고 있습니다.
하지만 경계 요인도 분명합니다. 미·중 관세 협상 불확실성, 기술적 과열 신호, 그리고 FOMC를 앞둔 경계감입니다. 이번 9월 회의의 관전 포인트는 인하 폭 자체보다도 ‘연속 인하 사이클’에 대한 기대를 시장이 이어갈 수 있느냐입니다.
삼성전자도 주목됩니다. 연초 이후 45% 가까이 오른 가운데, 16년 만에 연간 50% 상승률을 넘어설 수 있을지가 남은 한 해 가장 큰 관전 포인트가 될 전망입니다.
