تشییع پیکر احمد بالدی تحت جوِ شدیدِ امنیتی
در این برنامه به سه پرونده مهم و پرتنش می‌پردازیم؛ ابتدا ماجرای تکان‌دهنده خودسوزی احمد بالدی، جوان ۲۰ ساله اهوازی، که پس از تخریب دکه خانوادگی‌شان توسط اجرائیات شهرداری اهواز، درگذشت. پیکر او شامگاه چهارشنبه «تحت تدابیر شدید امنیتی» و برخلاف اعلام قبلی، زودتر به خاک سپرده شد؛ اقدامی که خانواده می‌گویند با «فشار و تهدید نیروهای امنیتی» انجام شده است.در بخش دوم، به تازه‌ترین فشارهای بین‌المللی علیه جمهوری اسلامی می‌پردازیم. وزرای خارجه گروه هفت از تهران خواسته‌اند گفت‌وگوهای مستقیم با آمریکا را آغاز کند و همکاری کامل با آژانس را از سر بگیرد. همزمان ایالات متحده ۳۲ فرد و نهاد را به دلیل ارتباط با شبکه‌های تدارکاتی برنامه موشکی و پهپادی ایران تحریم کرده است؛ شبکه‌ای که گفته می‌شود مواد کلیدی پیشرانه موشک را برای سپاه تأمین می‌کرد.
در ادامه، به ادعای تلویزیون حکومتی درباره «شناسایی ۴۰۰ نفر از اعضای ایران آکادمیا» می‌پردازیم؛ اتهامی که این نهاد آموزشی آن را «بی‌پایه» و تلاشی برای ایجاد فضای ارعاب دانسته است. ایران آکادمیا می‌گوید هدفش تنها گسترش آزادی آکادمیک و فراهم‌کردن آموزش رایگان برای فارسی‌زبانان بوده است.
در بخش پایانی، به پایان طولانی‌ترین تعطیلی دولت فدرال آمریکا می‌رسیم؛ تعطیلی ۴۳ روزه‌ای که خدمات عمومی، سفرهای هوایی و زندگی میلیون‌ها آمریکایی را مختل کرد و با امضای دونالد ترامپ بر لایحه بودجه موقت به پایان رسید.
