Il trend di proliferazione normativa è in crescita anche nei primi nove mesi del 2025. Questo cosiddetto dedalo normativo è causato principalmente dalla mancata soppressione delle leggi concorrenti e dal massiccio ricorso ai decreti legge che richiedono ulteriori provvedimenti attuativi. Il risultato è l'ingessatura della pubblica amministrazione con ricadute pesantissime soprattutto per gli imprenditori di piccola dimensione che vi ricordo in Italia sono oltre il 95%. L'eccesso di burocrazia rende quindi la pubblica amministrazione italiana tra le meno efficienti in Europa.
Secondo le stime, il costo complessivo del sistema legislativo per le imprese italiane sfiora circa 53 miliardi di euro. Ecco, io quando vi leggo queste cose lo faccio per denunciarvi la stupidità di alcuni commentatori che continuano a parlare dei dazi di Trump, quando esistono dei dazi sulle piccole, sulle medie, sulle micro imprese che sono enormemente più costosi.
