Polisi Gelar Rekonstruksi Penganiayaan Kurir Paket di Pamekasan, 15 Adegan Diperagakan | BORGOL
PAMEKASAN, KOMPAS.TV - Polisi menggelar rekonstruksi kasus penganiayaan seorang kurir oleh pelanggan di halaman rumah tersangka, di Kabupaten Pamekasan, Jawa Timur.Terungkap, awal penganiayaan karena pelaku curiga barang yang dipesan tidak asli.
Dalam reka ulang tersebut, penyidik memperagakan kurang lebih 15 adegan.
Mulai dari awal pertemuan korban, tersangka, dan saksi-saksi, hingga aksi penganiayaan yang terekam kamera.
Dalam rekonstruksi ini, istri tersangka dan pegawainya ikut dihadirkan oleh penyidik.
Peran istri diperagakan untuk memastikan urutan peristiwa.
Kehadiran istri tersangka sekaligus membuktikan pernyataannya di BAP, yang diduga melakukan penganiayaan kepada kurir dalam insiden yang terjadi.
Rekonstruksi ini dilakukan polisi untuk memperkuat alat bukti penyidik dalam proses hukum selanjutnya.
Hingga kini, tersangka masih ditahan dan terancam pasal tentang penganiayaan, dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 9 tahun penjara.
