Detik-Detik 7 Pekerja Terjebak Longsor Tambang Bawah Tanah di Jayapura | SAPA MALAM
KOMPAS.TV - PT Freeport Indonesia menggandeng tim Inspektur Tambang, Kementerian ESDM, untuk proses penyelamatan terhadap 7 pekerja yang terdampak longsor material basah di area tambang bawah tanah.Upaya penyelamatan dipantau langsung oleh Presiden Direktur PT Freeport Indonesia, Tony Wenas.
Upaya penyelamatan terhadap 7 pekerja yang terjebak di area tambang bawah tanah terus dilakukan oleh tim tanggap darurat PT Freeport Indonesia.
Sejumlah alat berat, bor, dan drone diturunkan untuk bisa membuka akses ke lokasi keberadaan ketujuh pekerja.
Presiden Direktur PT Freeport Indonesia, Tony Wenas, menyatakan tantangan penyelamatan terletak pada banyaknya jumlah material longsor yang turun.
Sebelumnya, longsor terjadi di lokasi bawah tanah pertambangan PT Freeport Indonesia yang terletak di Tembagapura.
Dari rekaman CCTV, terlihat sejumlah pekerja menuju lokasi tambang tempat mereka bekerja. Tak lama kemudian, aliran material basah dalam jumlah besar melintas di jalur tersebut.
Akibatnya, terdapat 7 pekerja tambang yang terjebak di lokasi. Insiden ini menutup akses ke area tertentu di tambang yang membatasi rute evakuasi 7 pekerja tersebut.
