Kedua balita diduga dibunuh oleh ayah kandungnya sendiri, yakni seorang pria berinisial WA.
Selain dua balita tewas, seorang wanita lanjut usia yang merupakan nenek pelaku juga ditemukan dalam kondisi luka parah.
Pelaku saat ini telah diamankan kepolisian untuk kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan.
