JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV - Menteri Pertanian Andi Amran Sulaiman mengatakan telah berkoordinasi dengan Menko Pangan Zulkifli Hasan dan Menteri Perdagangan Budi Santoso. Mentan menemukan fakta bahwa beras yang diterima masyarakat, itu tidak sesuai dengan harga diberikan dan kualitas seolah premium padahal medium bahkan curah. Siapa Mafia Pangan yang dimaksud?Menteri Pertanian Andi Amran Sulaiman menanggapi pernyataan dari Kuasa Hukum PT Belitang Raya yang menyesalkan temuan beras oplosan Kementan tersebut adalah produk yang beredar di hilir dan bukan di hulu.
Dengan tegas Andi mengatakan temuan beras oplosan di hilir itu adalah wewenang Kementerian Pertanian yang bertugas mengawasi baik dari hulu, hilir atau mana saja.
"Yang terpenting mau hulu mau hilir, yang terpenting ini salah. Apalagi kalau labelnya adalah label perusahaan itu. Padahal premium, medium, padahal ini adalah curah," tegasnya.
Direktur PT Belitang Panen Raya yang diduga mengoplos beras, saat diperiksa Bareskrim Polri membantah hal itu (pemeriksaan 10 Juli 2025). Kuasa Hukum PT Belitang Panen Raya, Titis Rachmawati menyesalkan temuan Kementan yang sudah di hilir bukan di hulu. Jadi kami merasa juga sedikit terganggu.
"Sampai saat ini dalam pemeriksaan kita belum dijatuhkan sanksi, cuma dalam sampel pemeriksaan, perusahaan kita termasuk dari salah satu yang harus dilakukan pemeriksaan. Kita berani tanggung jawab secara moral kepada masyarakat," katanya.
Sebelumnya Direktorat Tindak Pidana Ekonomi Khusus (Dittipideksus) Bareskrim Polri memeriksa empat produsen beras terkait kasus dugaan pelanggaran mutu dan takaran. Keempat produsen itu yakni, Wilmar Group, PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, PT Belitang Panen Raya, dan PT Sentosa Utama Lestari (Japfa Group).
