DEUTSCHLAND: Handelsdeal mit Folgen – Was BDI-Chef Niedermark, Söder und Co. jetzt fordern!Der neue Zollkompromiss zwischen den USA und der EU ist aus Sicht der deutschen Industrie ein herber Rückschlag. Wolfgang Niedermark vom BDI nennt den Deal einen „Schlag ins Kontor“. Zwar wurde eine Eskalation mit noch höheren Zöllen abgewendet, doch unter dem Strich sei das Ergebnis aus Sicht der Industrie enttäuschend. Besonders betroffen: Stahl, Chemie, Pharma – trotz leichter Erleichterungen für die Autoindustrie. Auch politisch sei der Deal kaum ein Erfolg, so die Einschätzung aus Berlin. Die Wirtschaft bleibt unter Druck.
