🇪🇸 Se prórroga la LMD hasta el 2025 ✨
🔴 El ministro de Política Territorial y Memoria Democrática, Ángel Víctor Torres, ha anunciado durante la rueda de prensa posterior al Consejo de Ministros que se prorroga un año más, hasta el mes de octubre de 2025, la Ley de Memoria Democrática.La norma contempla que al terminar el plazo de los dos años de la ley, el Consejo de Ministros podría acordar su prórroga por un año, tal como ha sucedido, dejando saber al colectivo de descendientes que aplican a esta ley que el próximo año es el último para que puedan obtener la doble nacionalidad a través de esta vía.
Torres ha detallado que en menos de dos años han sido recibidas 300.000 solicitudes, siendo Argentina y Cuba los países con mayor demanda.
