Vor der Küste Floridas verliert ein 52-jähriger Mann beim Flug mit seinem motorisierten Gleitschirm plötzlich die Kontrolle. Der Motor versagt, eine Notlandung ist unmöglich. Aus rund 150 Metern Höhe stürzt der Mann nahezu ungebremst ins Meer. Doch entgegen aller Erwartungen überlebt er den Aufprall. Rettungskräfte eilen herbei und bringen den Mann in Sicherheit.
