Omarchy: Arch Savior or Overhyped Reskin?
Everyone seems to be hyping Omarchy. I'm not switching to it, but some of its ideas are absolutely worth stealing.In this hands-on review, I dig into DHH's take on Arch Linux and Hyprland: the plugins, polished theming, helpful menus, and opinionated defaults. I cover what impressed me, what I'd remove, and why my own desktop takes a different direction.
Then I show my Fedora setup with DWM, X11, and Quickshell, including the ideas Omarchy inspired me to bring into my own workflow.
