One of my favorite things about this setup is how much you can do without needing a huge room full of equipment. Both the Titan and the new bench fold up for easy storage, but once they’re opened up, you can train pretty much your entire body.
In this workout I’m showing you some of my favorite exercises including glute kickbacks, lat pulldowns, rows, bicep curls, shoulder presses, chest presses, push-ups, core work and more.
