RUSSISCHE BOMBER VOR ALASKA: Putin lässt die Muskeln spielen! USA nehmen Jets in EmpfangFünf russische Militärflugzeuge sind in der Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) vor der Küste Alaskas von dem nordamerikanischen Luft- und Weltraumverteidigungskommando NORAD erfasst worden. Bei den Maschinen handelte es sich nach Mitteilung des Kommandos um zwei Langstreckenbomber vom Typ Tu-95 „Bear“, zwei Kampfjets Su-35 sowie ein Aufklärungsflugzeug vom Typ A-50. US-Kampfjets stiegen zusammen mit Unterstützungs- und Tankflugzeugen auf, identifizierten und eskortierten die russischen Flugzeuge, bis sie die Zone wieder verlassen hatten. Laut NORAD blieben alle russischen Maschinen im internationalen Luftraum und verletzten weder den US- noch den kanadischen Luftraum. Der Vorfall werde nicht als Bedrohung bewertet; ähnliche Aktivitäten in der ADIZ kämen regelmäßig vor und gehörten zur normalen Überwachungspraxis
