Seruan pembatalan sidang kasus korupsi yang menyeret Netanyahu itu disampaikan Trump pada Rabu (25/6/2025) malam waktu setempat.
Trump menuntut agar kasus tersebut segera dihentikan atau diganti dengan pengampunan. Ia menekankan peran penting Netanyahu dalam mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup Israel. Trump juga menyatakan 'Amerika Serikat telah menyelamatkan Israel dan sekarang waktunya untuk menyelamatkan Netanyahu'.
