Die Idee: seltene Erden aus der Ukraine als Kompensation für militärische Unterstützung durch die USA im Abwehrkampf gegen den russischen Aggressor. Genaue Details sind nicht bekannt.Ein Abkommen zwischen den USA und der Ukraine müsse neben dem Rohstoff-Deal auch Sicherheitsgarantien enthalten, sagt der ukrainische Botschafter Oleksii Makeiev.
