Beer&Food Attraction, alla sua 11a edizione, organizzata da Italian Exhibition Group, si svolta con successo presso la Fiera di Rimini dal 15 al 17 febbraio 2026.Novità centrale dell’edizione 2026 il lancio di Mixology Attraction, progetto dedicato all’universo della mixology e degli spirits, che rafforza il posizionamento della manifestazione come piattaforma trasversale per il settore bar, beverage e nightlife. Il successo del debutto è confermato da una crescita del +39% dello spazio espositivo dedicato al comparto beverage e mixology rispetto alla passata edizione.L’edizione 2026 ha visto la partecipazione di 600 espositori provenienti da 16 Paesi. I più rappresentativi sono Germania, Belgio, Francia, Gran Bretagna, Spagna e Austria, affiancati da nuove country entry come Grecia, Polonia e Svizzera.Il settore birrario si conferma la piattaforma più importante in Europa, con una proposta che spazia dalle birre artigianali alle birre mainstream. Il food rappresenta il 20% dell’offerta complessiva. Per la prima volta Sodamore partecipa a Beer&Food Attraction portando in fiera la propria gamma di bevande analcoliche pensate per il consumo fuori casa.
