숫꽃게는 알 대신 살이 꽉 차 있는 게 매력이라
다리부터 몸통까지 하나하나 발라 먹는 재미가 있었어요
껍질을 열었을 때 안쪽에 꽉 차 있는 살을 보면
먹기 전부터 괜히 기분이 좋아지더라구요!
먹어보면 확실히 꽃게 특유의 짭조름한 감칠맛이 있어서
굳이 다른 소스가 필요하지 않았어요!
꽃게 특유의 달큰한 맛이 더 잘 느껴졌고
살은 부드러우면서도 탱글탱글해서 정말 맛있더라구요!
꽃게를 먹다 보면 자연스럽게
입안에 들어간 작은 껍질이나 딱딱한 부분을
뱉어야 하는 장면들이 생기는데요
