الجهبذ | بعد سقوط الأسد.. كيف نمنع التعذيب في سوريا؟
في هذه الحلقة من برنامج الجهبذ مع بشر النجار، نبدأ من وفاة الشاب السوري محمد غميرة، بعد تدهور حالته الصحية إثر تعرضه للضرب داخل أحد مراكز الشرطة، لنطرح سؤالاً أكبر: ماذا بقي من ثقافة التعذيب التي ترسخت في سوريا لعقود؟نعود إلى تاريخ التعذيب والاعتقال التعسفي في سوريا، من عهد أجهزة الأمن في خمسينيات القرن الماضي، مروراً بحكم حافظ وبشار الأسد، وصولاً إلى سوريا ما بعد سقوط النظام. ثم نسأل: هل تكفي محاسبة المتورطين في كل حادثة، أم أن المطلوب تغيير المنظومة نفسها؟
نشرح أيضاً الآليات التي يمكن أن تمنع تكرار هذه الحوادث، ونسأل: هل تستطيع سوريا بناء مؤسسات تحمي كرامة المواطن حتى عندما يكون موقوفاً أو متهماً؟ وهل يمكن أن تكون قضية محمد غميرة نقطة تحوّل حقيقية في تاريخ التعامل مع المحتجزين؟
