🔴 Se presenta a continuación la intervención del Dr. Refoyo en el acto organizado por la Sociedad Spengleriana Española, celebrado en el marco de una jornada dedicada al análisis histórico, filosófico y cultural de largo alcance. Su exposición se inscribe dentro del eje central del encuentro y aborda, con rigor intelectual y claridad argumental, cuestiones fundamentales para la comprensión del momento histórico presente desde una perspectiva crítica y no complaciente.
