EUROFIGHTER-JETS: Verteidigung in instabiler Region! – Deutschland genehmigt Export für die TürkeiDie Bundesregierung hat die Lieferung von 40 Eurofighter-Flugzeugen an die Türkei genehmigt. Regierungssprecher Cornelius bestätigte die Entscheidung, die nach einer Abstimmung im Bundessicherheitsrat getroffen wurde. Dieses Gremium ist für die Genehmigung von Rüstungsgütern zuständig. Die Türkei will mit den Kampfjets ihre Verteidigung in einer zunehmend instabilen Region stärken. Die Flugzeuge sollen in Zusammenarbeit mit Großbritannien gebaut werden. Die Anfrage für die Lieferung war bereits vor zwei Jahren gestellt worden.
